Notifications to mobile app not being delivered

Software Version: iOS 16.1
App version: 10.1

HA 12.0

I realized I have not been receiving any notifications to my mobile app for a while now, likely since I updated to iOS 16 and I have updated HA in that time too.

I have done looking on the forum and tried multiple things suggested to see no success. I am getting no errors in my logs. All of my notification permissions are on and when I go to call the service notify.mobile_app_”my_iphone” nothing happens.

I have tried chnaging my iPhone name and that does stay static and rename the sensors. My device tracker is working
