iOS home screen action widget does not work to select action

**Describe the bug**
I am unable to choose an action when I add the Home Assistant widget to the screen. This seems to be the case with a single action widget and the multi-action widgets. Once I add the widget and long-press on it to edit the actions, I'm shown a menu where I should be able to tap "Choose" to display a list of actions to select from. However, when tapping "Choose", nothing happens.

**To Reproduce**
1. Install iOS Home Assistant
2. Goto the Home Screen actions.
3. Add the single action widget for Home Assistant.
4. Long-press the widget to present the list of options.

**Expected behavior**
Tapping choose allows me to select the action to use.
