Description
### The problem
I installed wifi reolink doorbells. The feature to pass pre-written messages to the device thru Home Assistant worked as advertised.
When I moved those doorbells into a RLN4E NVR, the list remained unknown no matter what I tried to do in the Reolink App or the HA Reolink Integration

### What was the last working version of Home Assistant Core?
_No response_
### What type of installation are you running?
Home Assistant OS
### Integration causing the issue
reolink
### Link to integration documentation on our website

### Diagnostics information
I don't think there's an actual error, just no way to populate the pre-written statements for the doorbell to pick up on. Returns 'unknown'.
When the RLN4E NVR was not in use, the field was populated with a list as expected.
