LG WebOS TV Remote Access acceptance on TV

### The problem

After switching on the LG WebOS TV 5.x I have to always allow remote access on the TV twice.
In an earlier NodeRed usage I did this once and then it was configured.
I do NOT want to switch on (wakeup LAN) the TV. Just some control and messages are used.
I could not find a hint so far

It is not happening in a special automation. Just when switching on the TV I have to accept the remote control on the TV.
