Translations not working for Item selections in Add-Ons

Hi, not sure if this is the right place, but seems the Addons dont have proper support for translations, when the addon config uses items?
I have this file:
https://github.com/pergolafabio/Hikvision-Addons/blob/main/doorbell/translations/en.yaml

But as you can see, there is no description when addin an item, only for the top level items, like doorbell, system, mqtt ...

Who can help with that? My guess HA is not designed to show translations in items?
