Impossible to delete shortcuts tile from settings

Impossible to delete tile shortcut in Ha app even if deleted in Wear os carousel.
Impossible to add these same tiles in carousel.
Tile 1,2,3 never appear.
I tried uninstall watch app, phone app, reboot, then install again, same behavior.
A delete button or a swipe to delete should be welcome in the watch app
