Assist Plays Confirmation Ding Very Late

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:** After calling up Assist with something like "Okay Nabu, open the blinds," the assist modal appears onscreen and Assist answers. A ding is heard over 20 seconds after the interaction is complete. The modal is still onscreen when this ding plays.

It seems that the ding only happens (but always 20 seconds later) for actionable commands (i.e. "turn on the light" and not "what's the weather?"). Or maybe only when it doesn't respond with language? I can't tell.
