Assist on Galaxy Watch Ultra: After microphone input, explicit submission is required

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**

On my Galaxy Watch Ultra, when I open Assist, the microphone input works as expected, but afterward, I have to explicitly submit it. This is unlike my Galaxy Watch6 Classic (5QTN) which automatically submits the input.
