Charging notifications are suppressed with "wake word detection" enabled.

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
with "wake word detection" enabled charging notifications seem to be entirely suppressed.
such as when i connect my phone to a charger it doesn't give any feedback with either vibration or a sound notification with this options turned on.

If i turn "wake word detection" off and connect my phone to a charger i get both the sound and the vibration notification as normal.
