Companion app will not connect when away from home wifi

**Additional information:**
I can connect while home, but cannot connect VIA my Nabucasa link when not at home. Can connect VIA the web browser with my Nabucasa link, but not in the app. I have deleted all webhooks, uninstalled the app, reinstalled, set back up, but still not able to connect when not on home wifi.
