Unable to add person and device_tracker without coordinates to Android Auto favorites

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
It's not possible to add `person.john` or `device_tracker.telephone_john` to Android Auto favorites if the entity does not have coordinates (Background location / Location Sent: **Zone only**").

I want to see if persons are in specific zone or away in the Favorites view, even when they don't share their exact location.
