**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
When scrolling within the Assist UI it is extremely easy to swipe away the modal, which of course means you lose visibility of any responses and have to start again, which can be frustrating if you are using Assist in combination with an LLM. When I say frustrating, I mean enough to swear out loud at having to start over, and switch to the Gemini app after it happens for the 3rd time in a minute or two, so very frustrating :-)

While there may be some rationale about what constitutes a scroll and what constitutes an intent to swipe away/close the modal, this is not obvious (to me at least), so it keeps happening, I've now concluded the modal is (for the time being) only useful for short Assist responses and not longer responses from an LLM.

As a suggestion, perhaps a clear delineation between modal UI (the top bar containing "Assist" and the drop down containing the conversation entities) and the conversation area might help?

I would expect a swipe down in that top bar to close the modal. I do not personally expect a swipe down in the conversation area (e.g. to read/re-read a part of the conversation that is out of view) to close the modal (ever).

On a related note, it would be great to have the ability to transition the modal to a more permanent view, as you can with the Gemini app (if you wish to move from using it as an overlay to a full screen view), by swiping upwards on the top bar of the modal ui. Ideally that would enable returning to the HA app, then coming back to continue the conversation in Assist. Perhaps in the future it could also (like Gemini) allow the selection of a recent conversation to continue.

Thanks all.
