Quick Settings sometimes Very Slow (~5-10s)

2025.9.x (but not sure which version)

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
When I press a quick settings tile sometimes it takes a long time until it triggers other times it works almost instant, therefore unusable for lights etc...
It happens to every button (i have 5) but it is not specified which button takes longer, that is random so it is like it would only update every 5 seconds, and depending on when you press it takes longer or not...

thank you for the feature in general, it is awesome and it is a huuuuge step towards making smart home fast and accessible :)
