Custom Notification Icons not shown on Android 16 (Material Expressive UI)

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
Since the Android 16 "Material Expressive UI" update a **couple of days ago**, custom notification icons (e.g., mdi:xxx) are no longer **displayed in notifications**. Now, only the default HA icon is shown. However, the custom icons are still visible in the **device's status bar**.
