Massive Power Consumption

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**

Massive power consumption. When idle, meaning not using the app, pc is ~ 20% of total power consumed.

Uninstalling this app my battery life went from 1 to 3 days. I am certain that this app is the reason my previous battery died earlier than usual. My phone got unusually hot with HA installed.

Since yesterday I switched to OpenHAB because the battery drain was too much, <1% is what I expect of an App that does nothing but run in the background. OpenHAB meets this target.

With both OpenHAB and HomeAssistant I used Device Controls which I suspect to be the culprit on HA.

Any reporting of phone stats like battery level was disabled in HA companion.

Many have reported this issue before but I could not find any that were open.
