Energy History Date Picker, App freezes on future dates

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**
I navigated to Energy->Sources
I tapped a Source
I tapped "show more" top right of the history graph
In the start date & end date picker I selected a future date, specifically 6/1 when current date is 5/31
After picking the future date and tap select, the app immediately freezes
I didn't see any way to gracefully exit without closing the app completely
