Fire event on notification clicked

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I want to perform an action when clicking a notification (that the clickAction is set to noAction).

But hass doesn't seem to be able to actually track if it's clicked.

Shoot an event mobile_app_notification_clicked when the notification is clicked
