Unable to select shortcut entities when show only favorites option is selected

**Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:**

When the setting option of "Show Favorites Only" is enabled we no longer load entities that are not in favorites. This in turn means that when a user tries to add shortcut entities to a tile we no longer show entities to select.

For a quick workaround to any user reading this just simply turn the setting "Show Favorites Only" off temporarily so the app can load the entities, after you select your desired shortcut entities you can turn the setting back on.
