Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

As of API 32, foldable features in Android are fairly mature. These can be added to the HA app to improve the experience on these devices.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I believe the dashboard itself wouldn't be helped by this as that would likely be a custom card, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm thinking at a bare minimum the settings and app config screens could be split to have the main options on the left with the sub screens on the right which would make manuvering / using the app more productive.

It's possible there could also be fold related sensors, but I'm not sure if those are available outside of when the app is running in the foreground.

**Describe alternatives you've considered, if any**

Using as is

**Additional context**

I intend to work on this myself, at least an initial version and it can of course be expanded in the future.
