Turn on/off Wifi Hotspot

I is a nice idea to be able to make automations that can turn on and off the hotspot.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
My case is use is that I want to turn on the hotspot when the bluetooth is connected to the car (or any other trigger).

**Describe alternatives you've considered, if any**
Currently I'm using another app to do this function.
