Considering Tex Live upgrade

Hello.

I’m experiencing a problem using Latex with `biblatex` to generate bibliography. `xelatex` results in PDF file without appropriate reference, suggesting run `biblatex` on the file and then execute `xelatex` again.

However, `biblatex` is not registered as a binary in a-Shell. So I tried to install the package via `tlmgr` and ended up with no luck. It says local Tex Live version is older than that of the repository, preventing any packages from being installed.

This is why I’m considering upgrading Tex Live. Is it possible to upgrade the library within a-Shell on my own with official upgrade shell script? Or do I have to wait for the upgrade of Tex Live included in a-shell-commands?
