Failure to start after vim session

First of all, @holzschu thank you for this wonderful app and for making it Open Source!

After editing a file recently, I am now stuck with *a-shell* broken. On startup of the app, it seems to try to open Vim. However, Vim was closed without saving, so there is still a backup file floating around.

Selecting any of the options does not work. It just hangs a while and then returns to the prompt. (I tried all options a couple of times.)

Please let me know if I may provide any further information. I‘d also offer to run this in TestFlight.
