Working w/ git-crypt protected repositories

Hi Nicolas,

thanks for this nifty tool on iOS, I really appreciate it!
I need to work in a Git repository that is encrypted with `git-crypt`. Unfortunately, I'm a bit clueless on how to get `git-crypt` into a-shell.

If possible, what would be the best approach to this?
