Failed to authenticate SSH session: Unable to open public key file

Using iPad Pro. I am able to push and pull from to GitHub without issues, but every time the app updates I get the error in the title. The only solution I've found is to generate new key pairs delete old key and upload new one to GitHub again. This has been consistent since I started using a-shell a few months back

Is there a command I can use so I don't have to delete keys and create new ones every time? Or this a bug?
