Short Welcome Screen With Links To Main Repo, WebAssembly Packages Repo, Reference To help Command

On opening a new window (and hopefully new tabs or sessions one day) a short welcome screen with a short description, links to the main and wasm package repos and a reference to the help command for more information would be nice (as Termux does on Android). If desired, maybe an option to disable this functionality by placing a file in the home directory or running a command could also be possible.
