Is `ssh-copy-id` supposed to be unavailable?

Description
I see ssh-copy-id in the repo so I tried to `pkg install ssh-copy-id` only to get a package not found error.
I checked the package list and it’s not there, even though it’s in the repo. Also checked the commit history and there seems to be no explicit removal of ssh-copy-id since its last update.
