Files appear to be cached

When opening notebook from an iCloud folder, `%ll` doesn’t reflect changes to the folder made by other apps. Reading any local file from the folder reads old content of the file. Restarting kernel doesn’t help. Purging Carnets from memory and restarting it helps.

Is this intended behavior? Am I doing something wrong?
