How to clean the Document & Data in my iPad storage

Description
I tried to install seaborn but failed. Now I know the reason why I failed. However, the installation packages are cached no my iPad, and it takes up some storage of my device. I wonder if there's any way to clear the cache or to completely clean the Document & Data of Carnets.
