Hi,
I previously opened Issue #376.
I’m the developer of Marsilea, a Python package for declarative and composable visualization. The API is now stable, and the package has been published in a peer-reviewed journal (Genome Biology).
Would you be interested in adding some examples using Marsilea? I’d be happy to contribute! Here are some example visualizations created with Marsilea:
