Add edit_readonly

Similarly to `param.edit_constant` I need a `param.edit_readonly`.

Alternatively using `param.edit_constant` should also enable me to edit readonly parameters. I've always been expecting this was the case. I did not understand why it did not work. And eventually I actually gave up on the `readonly` argument.
