add dynamic plot marker size to scatter plot examples

#### Problem
Currently under Scatter in the Reference Gallery part of the documentation, there is no example of how to make scatter plot points dynamically sized. I would like to have this added here https://hvplot.holoviz.org/reference/pandas/scatter.html

I would like to have an example of how to achieve the above with an image.
