Create example using the NREL solar radiation data

I have worked with NREL solar radiation data on a separate project. It wouldn't take me long to make an example notebook that downloads the solar radiation CSVs from [here in one of the NREL historical data sets](http://rredc.nrel.gov/solar/old_data/nsrdb/) and uses dask / pandas to work with the CSVs of hourly data.
