Link all glossary-defined terms to their definition

Anytime a holochain-specific term is used, it should be either a link to that term in the Glossary, or have a tooltip showing the Glossary definition.

The styling to distinguish these terms should be much subtler than a standard link, but still clear that the user can click/hover it to view the definition.

Start by locating the Glossary and the templates or content pipeline that renders the hosted documentation. Determine how glossary-defined Holochain terms are identified and how links or tooltips are styled. Done means those terms consistently expose their Glossary definitions through a subtle but discoverable link or hover treatment across the documentation.
