No way to fix an incorrectly entered hdk version on a DNA.

If you make a mistake in the hdk when you upload, there is no way to fix it.

I tried uploading the same happ bundle using a different hdk, and that does happen. But then later when you try to create a new release that includes the UI that hdk version doesn't show up in the `Choose an HDK version` popup.
