Check imported version matches

The version of Holochain/Lair that will be built through bundling comes from Holonix. It's easy for that to not match what's in our current flake. Add a CI check that requires the version of Holochain/Lair provided by Holonix to match what's specified in the binaries flake so that the integrity of the output from a deploy is checked.

Start by locating the repository's CI configuration and binaries flake, then identify how Holonix supplies the Holochain/Lair versions. The work is complete when CI compares those versions and fails when they differ, preventing an unchecked deploy output.
