Description
AC:
- Modify text to say something like "Holochain conductor is running"
- Clicking on notification should open app
- Notification should not appear on lock screen
- Notification should be under "silent" notifications at end of list
- Improve styling to show conductor status, maybe some stats about apps, or network activity?
- Notification should include a play/pause button to start/stop the conductor quickly
