Launcher: UX for profiles

Right now, users can only have one instance of Launcher, that is problematic if they are using happs and they want to keep their data, they cannot for instance factory reset for testing purposes without sacrificing their existing data, or backing everything up if possible before hand.

Profiles already exist in Launcher, but the UI has not been designed and built to use them in the app. Profiles would allow a user to run more than one instance of Launcher for testing features, and running multiple clients to test gossip, etc.
