Repeated activations of the project screen do not clear the form

After successfully creating a new Project record the project screen is dismissed and the console screen reappears.

Selecting the screen again from the console screen (enter 'p' at present) shows the data from the recently-created Project. A form should be cleared on either cancellation or submission to avoid this in future.
