Need to establish a site and a domain for the application

In order for an application to become publicly available from WebFaction it needs a web site (easiest perhaps to create a new site, on the assumption that the application will always serve the root web space) and a domain. If the domain is already attached to a specific site then it should be detached from its current site and reassigned to the new one.
