Multiple Coverage Highlighting in the build

Hi @holdenk there are more than one coverageHiglighting in the build.

One looks for Scala binary and the other one for spark. I am creating this issue to understand this better. Which one is required in your opinion?

Start in build.sbt at the two coverageHighlighting entries linked in the issue, and compare what each setting targets: the Scala binary or Spark. Determine which configuration is required, then verify the build uses only the intended setting.
