Hello!

I am using the latest version of dearpygui and want to report that
```
dpg.set_viewport_small_icon("misc/big_ico.ico")
dpg.set_viewport_large_icon("misc/big_ico.ico")

```

Doesn't really work on Ubuntu 22.04. Works perfectly fine in windows32 tho. All the best
