Location in Item Registry

How to get programmatically "Location" parameter, that is shown in Item Registry?
The point is when you reorder_items in table children (slot 1, which is rows) or delete some rows in reordered table - you can't figure out what index shoud pass to set_table_row_color without extra-manipulation. But knowlege of "Location" is realy simple solution.
