Non-active window on copyq startup

Hi team, nothing urgent but would like to report some odd behavior on CopyQ startup on a MS CloudPC. Could be RDP related.

Each time I start CopyQ there is window opened in the center of the screen. It is not possible to select the window, in anyway, so cant be closed. Alt + tab is not seeing it either. If I exit out of CopyQ it closes, but as soon as I start it again it will return.

Have played around with the startup switches but could not get this behavior to change.

Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app

No source file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce CopyQ startup on the reported MS CloudPC/RDP setup, then trace which startup window is created; done means restarting CopyQ no longer leaves an unselectable centered window.
