CopyQ toolbar and menu icons are dark on dark when hovered

**Describe the bug**
On hover, icons in CopyQ toolbar and menus are dark on dark, making them hard to see. Also, similar problem for dialog box tab selectors (except hover not required to demonstrate problem).

**To Reproduce**
1. Set Windows 11 theme to a dark theme.
2. Reset the CopyQ theme to the default.
3. Hover over any CopyQ toolbar icon & notice icon is dark on dark.
4. Hover over any CopyQ menuitem & notice menuitem icon is dark on dark.
5. Open any dialog box (e.g. Preferences) and notice the dialog box tab selection icons are dark on dark.

**Expected behavior**
Icons to always be clearly visible.
