When closing another application, CopyQ displays notification showing text last copied to the clipboard in that application

**Describe the bug**
Sometimes, when an application is closed, CopyQ will display a notification showing the text that was last copied to the clipboard in that application.

**To Reproduce**
I wish I had reliable STR for this one, but although I can't reproduce this 100% of the time, these are the general STR:
1. Open an application (e.g. Firefox)
2. Copy something to the clipboard with the application
3. Perform a bunch of tasks in the application for 2-10 minutes
4. Close the application
5. Notice that CopyQ will now display a notification showing the text that was last copied to the clipboard in that application

**Expected behavior**
CopyQ to only display notification when an item is copied to the clipboard.
