Description

--edit-- accidentally used MarkDown control characters in normal text, making message indecipherable

**Describe the bug**
Making shortcuts using ctrl + keypad/numpad numbers does not work

**To Reproduce**
Assign any action to ctrl + keypad number in settings and attempt to perform that action.
The action will work with normal top row numbers (even if set with numpad/keypad number)

**Expected behavior**
The shortcut work should work with the keypad/numpad numbers (personally I don't mind if it is distinguishable between the top row numbers or not)

**Version, OS and Environment**

Details from instructions comment below
```
CopyQ Clipboard Manager 11.0.0
Qt: 5.15.15
KNotifications: 5.116.0
Compiler: GCC
Arch: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie)
```
OS is MX 25 (not Debian 13 as per above, but a fork of it)
DE is XFCE
Installation is from apt

**Additional context**
Was playing with screenkey at the same time when I noticed ctrl + keypad number is different from ctrl + number.
Even though I set actions with ctrl + keypad number, they don't work with keypad numbers but the normal top row numbers.
Apologies if this has been reported already, but I found nothing searching for the terms keypad or numpad.

Thanks in advance
