Installing and Re-starting problems

Hello Lukáš / Community,

I have 2 questions about the CopyQ program, versions 10 and 11, both give the same problems on my computer:

- When I install the program and tell the program that it will be for me only then I can’t install it on my laptop, with other words I am forced to install it for every body else, then it installs without any problem.

- When I once have stopped the program (both versions 10 & 11 too) with (Ctrl+Shift+X) I can't (re-)activate it anymore, not even when I re-install the programs.

I hope one here has a solution for my problems, be course I'm totally stucked on it .
