Auto delete option after restart

As a non-programmer, I find it quite difficult to implement an auto-delete function for the clipboard after restarting the device (or the software). Therefore, I would really appreciate a user-friendly solution that addresses the following:

Suggestion:

- GUI Option: A setting that allows the standard clipboard to be automatically cleared:
- Time-based: For example, after x minutes or hours.
- After Restart: Automatically clear the clipboard after restarting the device or the software.
- Flexible Rules for Tabs: A dropdown menu to select which tabs should be cleared automatically and according to which rules.
- These features would make CopyQ significantly more practical and secure for me and likely for many other users as well.

Thank you for this amazing software and all the hard work you put into it! I hope this suggestion can be considered for future updates.
