Encryption doesn't prompt me to generate key

**Describe the bug**
I am not prompted to generate an encryption key in the plugin settings, making the feature unusable.
**To Reproduce**
1. Go to Preferences, Items, Encryption
**Expected behavior**
There should be a button prompting me to "Generate New Keys"
