Conflicting mnemonic shortcut in a tab name example and Tabs menu (Alt+T)

**Describe the bug**

The ```&``` in the string appears to be a typo.

```Tab No&tes can be opened using Alt+T.
```

**Additional context**
I am a translation contributor. There is also the question of terminology.

Assuming the "```&```" is a typo. Pressing ```Alt+T``` on the main window does not open "Notes". I feel the "menu" opens What is "Notes"?
